The Sales Compensation Analyst at QTS is a pivotal role within the People Services Operations team, focusing on the administration of compensation and sales commissions. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely commission payments, managing the Xactly Incent commission system, and providing support to the Sales team regarding commission calculations. The analyst will collaborate closely with various departments, including Accounting, Payroll, and Sales Operations, to facilitate the smooth processing of commission payments and to maintain the integrity of compensation data. In this role, the analyst will also be tasked with maintaining an Excel model that tracks the Sales organization structure, quotas, commission rates, and the overall cost of the commission plan. This involves addressing compensation-related queries, participating in salary surveys, and preparing comprehensive reporting packages that summarize sales commission data for presentation to Executive leadership. The analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of People Services operations in the administration of existing compensation plans and will be responsible for updating the sales organizational hierarchy in the commissions system as necessary.
