About the position

The Sales Consultant for Commercial Flooring at Romanoff Renovations is responsible for managing multiple sales leads and providing project management support for flooring installations. This role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, in a fast-paced environment with significant earning potential through a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple sales leads effectively.
  • Provide project management support for sold installations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, and clients.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial contact through to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and leaders throughout the project process.
  • Work independently and as part of a team on various projects.
  • Travel to job sites as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; experience may substitute education.
  • Proficient in reading and producing P&L statements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and create diagrams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in commercial sales or flooring sales is a plus.
