As a Sales Consultant for CBRE's EV Solutions O&M, you will play a pivotal role in the electrification consultancy, site selection, grants/incentives management, and site acquisition processes. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure. This includes engaging with utilities, overseeing construction, and ensuring optimized operations through preventative and corrective maintenance. You will also be involved in integrated program management, which includes program analytics and cost assurance, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support throughout their projects. In this role, you will develop technical solutions specifically for the "Operate & Maintain" segment of our EV Solutions offering. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development, Sales, Solutions, and Account teams to create clear and effective client solutions. This may involve producing design deliverables, pricing models, and staffing plans. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you will adapt strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics. You will coordinate the bid management process, which includes developing Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and client presentations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients will be essential, as will fostering a culture of cross-selling and new business development within the team. You will ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline and tracker, applying your in-depth knowledge of industry standards and procedures to deliver innovative solutions. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring others, sharing your expertise, and leading by example to embody CBRE's RISE values. You will engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, participate in client discovery meetings, and showcase CBRE's technical products. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing commercial terms, including pricing and standard contract documents, to facilitate successful negotiations.
