As a Sales Consultant for CBRE's EV Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the electrification consultancy, site selection, grants and incentives management, and site acquisition processes. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of EV charging solutions, from planning and design to operation and maintenance. This includes developing technical solutions specifically for the "Operate & Maintain" segment of our EV Solutions offering, acting as a subject matter expert within the EV Solutions Center of Excellence, and supporting various teams including Business Development, Sales, Solutions, and Account teams. Your key outputs will involve creating clear client solutions that may include design deliverables, pricing strategies, and staffing models. You will continuously improve these solutions based on customer feedback and market dynamics, while also coordinating the bid management process through the development of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and client presentations. Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients will be crucial, as will creating a culture of cross-selling and focusing on new business cultivation. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline and tracker, apply your in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments, and provide innovative solutions. You will also coach others, lead by example, and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values. Your ability to explain difficult or sensitive information, stay attuned to customer needs, and participate in client discovery meetings will be essential in showcasing CBRE's technical products and commitment to delivering value. Additionally, you will develop commercial terms, including pricing and standard contract documents, to facilitate successful negotiations.
