As a Sales Consultant for EV Solutions at CBRE, you will play a pivotal role in the electrification consultancy sector, focusing on site selection, grants and incentives management, and site acquisition. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure. This includes engaging with utilities, overseeing construction, and ensuring optimized operations through preventative and corrective maintenance. You will be part of a team that has successfully launched CBRE's EV Charging solution, and your expertise will be crucial in supporting our growing client base in this area. In this role, you will develop technical solutions specifically for the 'Design, Build & Electrify' segment of our EV Solutions offering. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Solutions, and Account teams to create clear and effective client solutions. This may involve producing design deliverables, construction pricing, staffing models, utility engagement plans, and permitting plans. Continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market dynamics will be a key focus, as will coordinating the bid management process through the development of RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, fostering a culture of cross-selling, and ensuring the accuracy of the sales pipeline. Your role will require you to apply your in-depth knowledge of industry standards and techniques to tackle complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Additionally, you will coach others, lead by example, and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values, all while working within broad guidelines and policies. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders will be essential in showcasing CBRE's technical products and commitment to delivering value.
