As a CBRE Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the electrification consultancy sector, focusing on EV solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities including planning, finding, and transacting various aspects of electrification consultancy, site selection, grants and incentives management, and site acquisition. You will also be involved in the design, build, and electrification processes, which include site design, engineering, construction, utility engagement, and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring both preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as optimized operations. In this role, you will engage in integrated program management, overseeing the full project lifecycle, which includes program analytics and cost assurance. As CBRE has successfully launched its EV Charging solution, the company is now seeking individuals with deep domain expertise to support its growing number of EV charging clients. You will develop technical solutions specifically for the "Design, Build & Electrify" segment of our EV Solutions offering, acting as a subject matter expert and a key member of the EV Solutions Center of Excellence. Your contributions will support the Business Development, Sales, Solutions, and Account teams, ensuring the development of clear client solutions that may include design deliverables, construction pricing, staffing models, utility engagement plans, and permitting plans. Your role will also involve continuous improvement based on customer feedback and evolving market dynamics. You will coordinate the bid management process, developing RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations, while working closely with key stakeholders to refresh the go-to-market approach in key markets. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients will be crucial, as will creating a culture of cross-selling and focusing on new business cultivation. You will ensure the accuracy of the pipeline and tracker, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Additionally, you will coach others, share your expertise, and lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.
