About the position

NEAL is seeking a passionate leader to join our organization, which has been a leader in the industry for 120 years. The role involves servicing our existing 2,000 business clients while developing new client relationships through referrals and leads. The successful candidate will lead a small team, train new members, and eventually transition into the Agency Director role as they master our systems and processes. This position offers a competitive salary with weekly pay, averaging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

  • Service existing client base.
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B).
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
