The Sales Consultant/Project Manager role at Everest Siding and Windows is a commission-based position focused on driving sales and managing construction projects for a local remodeling company. Responsibilities

  • Sales on provided leads.
  • Provide weekly sales/CRM reports.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and production manager daily.
  • Attend weekly training or company meetings.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including managing crews and daily communication with clients.
  • Order materials.
  • Submit labor breakdowns weekly.
  • Manage and submit job budgets weekly.
  • Conduct final walk-throughs and close out projects with clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Construction Sales and Project Management on exterior remodeling.
  • Experience with siding, windows, roofing, painting, and framing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Own vehicle.
