About the position

Lexus of Riverside is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their team. The role involves assisting customers in purchasing vehicles, ensuring a satisfactory sales experience, and developing relationships with clients. The Sales Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Show, sell and properly deliver / demonstrate new cars to clientele
• Make customer satisfaction a high priority in all steps of your sale

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in auto sales preferred
• Some Lexus experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Great work ethic and desire to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Negotiating skills
• Organizational skills
• Moderate to excellent computer skills
