Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain established sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure brand standards are met.
• Execute simple customer repairs and ensure accurate delivery of eyeglasses.
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions and incomplete orders.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
