About the position

The Lead Sales Consultant at Laser Eraser is a self-motivated and client-focused individual responsible for providing education and a five-star experience to clients through a consultative sales process. This role involves working closely with a Laser Specialist to ensure a holistic client experience, generating interest in services through community outreach, and performing various administrative tasks. The consultant will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their tattoo removal journey, making a significant impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by consulting and upselling current and new clients.
  • Close sales by establishing a good rapport with clients and educating them about the laser tattoo removal process.
  • Provide realistic removal goals and treatment results.
  • Provide clients with a hassle-free tattoo removal experience while building trust in the team's expertise.
  • Recognize every Laser Eraser funding option and explain it efficiently to clients.
  • Keep thorough records of all clients, including new, prospective, and referral clients.
  • Oversee the follow-up process with clients interested in tattoo fading.
  • Ensure the studio team understands KPIs, monthly targets, and reporting to meet goals.
  • Greet clients by name, answer phones and emails, and process payments.
  • Manage bookings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer service.
  • Create strong referral partnerships with tattoo artists and enterprises to foster loyalty.
  • Embodiment of the brand, mission, and culture as a company representative.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained physical workspace.
  • Ensure the brand's visual and merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Conduct inventory checks to ensure sufficient products and promotional materials are available.
  • Perform additional responsibilities necessary for the brand's success.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about assisting individuals and fostering connections.
  • Passionate about the tattoo and tattoo removal sector and the brand.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully negotiating and addressing concerns in a consultative setting.
  • 2 years of B2C selling experience required for ticket items greater than $2000.
  • Strong background in consultative sales within a retail, MedSpa, or similar context preferred.
  • Proficient in conducting client consultations and effectively selling services while ensuring comfort and confidence.
  • Motivated by an environment emphasizing quotas and providing opportunities for bonuses.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve problems.
  • Innovative and comfortable with multi-tasking.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Zenoti or similar POS/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs.
  • College Degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong background in consultative sales within a retail, MedSpa, or similar context preferred.
  • Zenoti or similar POS/CRM experience is a plus.
