The consultant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting sales transactions, and participating in training programs to enhance their sales skills. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding customer service.
• Conduct sales transactions and assist customers in vehicle selection.
• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to sales management activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented mentality with a desire to improve.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Valid driver's license.
