About the position

The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in driving traffic conversion for new home communities, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the construction and closing process. This position involves generating new leads, managing customer interactions, and facilitating a smooth sales process while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new traffic to sales studios through networking and outreach to real estate agents.
  • Manage, qualify, and actively seek customer inbound traffic and referrals.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and signage for the sales studio.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists for the sales studio.
  • Organize and maintain necessary company files for the sales studio.
  • Communicate with mortgage lenders to ensure loan processing is on track for closing.
  • Facilitate coordination between builders, buyers, real estate agents, and lenders during the buying process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
  • Attend regular studio and company meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers after closing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales.
  • Must have a valid real estate license as required by the state.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus.
