  • Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to energy-efficient construction.
  • Attend networking events to expand the company's client base and professional connections.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Achieve a closing ratio of 30% or higher through persuasive sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Possess bilingual skills in Spanish and English to better serve clients.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Understand financing options related to home improvement projects.
  • Draft contracts and explain financial terms clearly to clients.
  • Attend sold projects weekly to engage with neighbors and generate additional leads.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of home improvement financing options.
  • Ability to write contracts and explain financial terms clearly to clients.
