About the position

Terraboost Media is seeking experienced Independent Sales Contractors who are eager to capitalize on a unique opportunity to earn substantial income with unlimited potential. As part of a newly launched Free Digital Realtor Marketing Program, contractors will collaborate with local Broker/Owner Realtors to create a tailored marketing strategy for their offices. In this role, you will engage with Broker/Owners from renowned real estate firms such as Remax, Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, Coldwell Banker, and Prudential. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our marketing program at no cost to the Broker/Owner while selling advertising spots on their Digital Wellness Kiosks, which are strategically placed in local supermarkets like Safeway, Vons, and Albertsons. These kiosks not only dispense hand sanitizer wipes but also serve as a platform for advertising. Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing mixers for local real estate offices and their sponsors, fostering relationships that can lead to successful marketing outcomes. The Broker/Owner will provide leads and work closely with you to ensure the program's success. You will be selling to various real estate verticals that are either currently engaged with the real estate office or are interested in establishing a business relationship. Given that over 100 business decisions are made with each real estate transaction, you will have the opportunity to connect with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, painters, electricians, title companies, landscapers, movers, private schools, daycare centers, and hair salons. Responsibilities

• Develop a Digital Realtor Marketing Program for local offices in collaboration with Broker/Owners.
• Sell advertising spots on Digital Wellness Kiosks located in supermarkets.
• Organize mixers for local real estate offices and their sponsors.
• Work closely with Broker/Owners to ensure the success of the marketing program.
• Engage with various real estate verticals to generate leads and sales.

Requirements

• Burning desire to succeed and make money quickly.
• Experience in B2B sales, either over the phone, internet, or face-to-face.
• Proven experience in advertising sales and cold calling.
• Results-oriented and well-organized individual.
• Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new software.
