About the position

The Sales Coordinator role at JLL involves providing high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within the Bellevue office. This position encompasses a variety of administrative, financial, marketing, and operational functions, contributing to the overall success of the office in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys and tour books.
  • Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, and renewal letters with direction from brokers.
  • Update and maintain the company Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
  • Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
  • Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
  • Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
  • Assist in planning for industry functions, client events, and open houses.
  • Collect and process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate, and send invoices utilizing JLL accounting platform.
  • Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, greeting clients, and making travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
