About the position

The Sales Coordinator at Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical is responsible for managing client scheduling and dispatching Sales Technicians and Sales Consultants to customer locations. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams, thereby enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Outbound dial all lead generations to schedule appointments.
  • Complete email and text communication with prospective clients.
  • Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
  • Dispatch sales team according to priority and location.
  • Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
  • Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient outbound phone skills.
  • Proficient written and computer skills.
