Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other professionals to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Educate clients on treatment procedures, benefits, and post-treatment support.
  • Follow up with clients to schedule and confirm appointments, and provide reminders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
