About the position
As a Sales Coordinator at Givaudan, you will play a vital role in supporting the L&R team by managing project systems and acting as a liaison between account executives and business development teams. This position involves developing professional relationships, administering creative briefings, and ensuring client satisfaction during visits. Your contributions will help shape the future of the company and enhance the experiences of clients and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion.
- Manage materials and samples for client presentations and assist in building client presentation collateral display materials.
- Perform special projects including maintaining customer information, providing clerical support, and organizing meetings.
- Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge and follow-up techniques.
- Provide timely information on clients' requests, insights, and communications to the business team.
- Represent the team with meaningful client interface and coordinate schedules and communications.
- Attend team meetings to review workflow and update projects.
- Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist liaising with various departments.
- Prepare samples for shipment and provide necessary shipping and tracking information to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Sales support experience
- Collaborative and team spirit
- Knowledge in Givaudan systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Mail, and SAP
- Experience building professional relationships
