About the position
The Sales Coordinator at C & B Material Handling, LLC plays a vital role in managing equipment delivery schedules, processing orders, and providing after-sales support. This position is essential for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing equipment delivery schedules.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Provide after-sales support when requested or needed.
- Store and sort equipment build sheets and invoices in electronic forms.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform salespeople of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing material.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Invoicing, ordering equipment and communicating information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office suite).
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions.
