Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and key decision-makers to present insurance solutions.
  • Engage in business-to-business cold calling to generate leads and grow your client base.
  • Build and maintain a book of business by nurturing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Set and attend follow-up appointments to review and adjust clients' insurance needs.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls, and submit daily sales metrics and activity reports.
  • Set your own working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license).
  • Strong communication skills.
