About the position

The Sales Counselor at Morada Southridge is responsible for engaging with seniors and their families to present various living options and personalized care services. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding sales motivations, and achieving occupancy goals through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. Responsibilities

• Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore living options.
• Present different lifestyles available at the community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Conduct community tours and host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy.
• Tailor specific care plans to meet the needs of prospective residents.

Requirements

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
• Compassionate with an interest in working with seniors.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision making.
• Expert at discovering a prospect's sales motivation and needs.
• Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
• Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities.
