We are currently seeking an Exceptional Sales Professional who is passionate about improving the lives of seniors while achieving a potential compensation package exceeding $100K. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel in discovering sales motivations, building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals. While prior senior living experience is not mandatory, a strong determination to meet sales and census goals is essential. In this position, you will engage with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore vibrant living options. You will present the various lifestyles available at your community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, along with personalized care services tailored to meet individual needs. Conducting community tours and hosting various prospect and professional events will be key responsibilities to help build occupancy in your community. This role requires a compassionate individual who is a strong communicator and can influence decision-making effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven commission-based sales experience, a passion for working with seniors, and the ability to project a professional image that inspires confidence and trust. You will need to be a quick, strategic thinker capable of understanding and overcoming objections, and you should possess the ability to close sales both in person and over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities are also required.
