About the position

The Sales/Customer Care Associate at Massage Envy is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting wellness services to clients. This role involves converting guests into members, retaining existing members, and driving retail sales while ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The associate will work in a team-oriented environment, supporting the company's mission of total body care and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions and concerns.
• Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Drive member retention through outreach to current members via phone and email.
• Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
• Protect workplace culture by supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid math and computer skills, with confidence in handling cash.
