About the position

The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) at Lexus of Lehigh Valley is responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The CEM serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance from initial engagement to vehicle delivery, while emphasizing the dealership's unique selling propositions such as transparent pricing and a simplified buying process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, text, or in-person to assess their needs in the buying journey.
• Explain the dealership's unique selling points, including one price upfront and a single point of contact.
• Conduct product demonstrations at the dealership or at the customer's location when requested.
• Collaborate with the inventory and acquisition team to determine market value for trade appraisals.
• Clarify purchase terms to customers, including vehicle price, payment options, and loan duration.
• Discuss and explain available protection plans to safeguard customer purchases.
• Coordinate with technology specialists to ensure smooth vehicle delivery to customers after purchase.
• Maintain contact with customers post-purchase to address any questions and ensure satisfaction.
