About the position

Join us at one of our three Massage Envy franchised locations in the Indianapolis area, where we are dedicated to helping clients feel their best while supporting and inspiring our team members to excel in their roles. As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience to our clients and growing our member base. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for helping others and are committed to promoting wellness through massage and skincare services. You will be part of a team that values total body care and strives to create a welcoming environment for all clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood. You will promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. You will also play a key role in growing and retaining our client base through in-person interactions and phone/email outreach. We offer a competitive base pay between $12-14 per hour, depending on experience, along with additional spiffs, commissions, and bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent math and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and think critically.
  • Strong people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • General knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a customer service role.
