As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience to our clients and growing our member base. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood. You will promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. You will also play a key role in growing and retaining our client base through in-person interactions and phone/email outreach. We offer a competitive base pay between $12-14 per hour, depending on experience, along with additional spiffs, commissions, and bonuses.
