About the position
The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Tracy Pavilion is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting wellness services and products. This part-time role focuses on sales performance, client engagement, and administrative support to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to the growth of the member base.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
- Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
- Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
- Assist in light cleaning and other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry.
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable with sales and connecting with people.
- Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
- Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
- General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
