About the position

The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Tracy Pavilion is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting wellness services and products. This part-time role focuses on sales performance, client engagement, and administrative support to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to the growth of the member base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Assist in light cleaning and other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry.
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with sales and connecting with people.
  • Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
