About the position

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients feel their best while also contributing to the growth of our member base. You will be part of a team that is committed to total body care, and you will receive in-depth training on our products and services to ensure you are well-equipped to assist our clients effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, which includes greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing any questions they may have. You will also promote the value of our Total Body Care services by educating clients on new offerings, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers. Your ability to establish positive relationships with guests will be essential in helping to grow and retain our client base, both in-person and through outreach via phone and email. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in sales but also genuinely care about the well-being of our clients and are enthusiastic about promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • General knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of wellness and health-related products.
