As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wellness services. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' wellness journeys and the success of our franchise. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood. You will promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on our services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. You will also support the clinic's daily operations by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing any questions or concerns. Your ability to establish positive relationships with guests will be key to growing and retaining our client base, both in-person and through outreach efforts via phone and email. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Great people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
