The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in promoting wellness through massage and skin care services. This position involves engaging with clients, educating them about the benefits of services, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Associates are part of a supportive community dedicated to helping clients feel their best and are responsible for converting guests into members and retaining existing members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival and scheduling services.
  • Answer phone calls, address questions and concerns, and protect client confidentiality.
  • Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
  • Book clients for future services and encourage retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
  • Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
  • Support team goals and build positive relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong math and computer skills.
  • Experience in cash handling is necessary.
  • Entry-level retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
