About the position

The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting wellness services. This part-time position focuses on building relationships with clients, supporting their wellness journey, and contributing to the growth of the member base. Associates will engage in sales activities, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
• Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Assist in light cleaning and other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with sales and connecting with people.
• Critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and establish positive relationships with guests.
