About the position

The Sales/Customer Service Associate position at Exodus Rigs is a newly created role focused on leading the sales process during the pre-launch phase of the Capax® vehicle. This role involves developing sales materials, creating a showroom, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. The position offers growth potential into a Sales Manager role, where the associate will manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, order management, and customer relationships throughout the vehicle build and delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process during the pre-launch phase of Exodus Rigs Capax®.
  • Develop initial sales materials and create a new vehicle showroom.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support events.
  • Engage in initial customer outreach and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation and cultivation.
  • Oversee order management and closure, and maintain customer relationships during vehicle build and delivery.

Requirements

  • College Degree (Associates or Bachelors)
  • 2 Years of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in luxury automotive, aviation, or advanced consumer electronics.
  • Adept at CRM systems and Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based communication tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass random drug screenings.
  • Possess a valid California Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a Premier / Luxury Market, including automotive, technology, RV, or aviation.
  • Demonstrated track record in the product pre-launch sales phase.
