About the position

The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Lubbock plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting wellness services. This part-time position focuses on helping clients feel valued while supporting the growth of the member base through effective communication and sales techniques. Associates will engage with clients, educate them on services, and assist in scheduling appointments, all while fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
• Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
• Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Previous retail or sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and think critically.
• Strong people skills to establish positive relationships with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
