About the position

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients feel their best while also contributing to the growth of our member base. In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, which includes greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on our services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers. Your ability to establish positive relationships with guests will be essential in helping to grow and retain our client base, both in-person and through outreach via phone and email. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong people skills to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
