About the position

The Sales/Customer Service Representative at Complete Canine Training is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, engaging with clients, and driving sales through effective communication and lead generation. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and aims to enhance dog training expectations and ownership standards.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide information about dog training services
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for sales opportunities
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update client records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule client sessions, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Utilize CRM and client database to generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Follow up on leads by phone, text, email or other communication avenues

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Experience in outbound calling and sales techniques
  • Proficiency in data entry for maintaining customer records
