About the position

The Sales Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by maintaining and educating customers, proactively reaching out to existing clients, and creating new sales leads. This role focuses on ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes with the company's training products, fostering long-term relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The position requires expertise in account management and customer relationship management to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure their success.
  • Manage the onboarding and renewal processes for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and support to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize Monday.com to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and report on key metrics.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices to maximize their investment.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue while ensuring customer training is being utilized.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and/or customer success roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
