About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst II at TBC Corporation plays a vital role in the Sales Operations team by analyzing and preparing data visualizations to support the Sales and Customer Service departments. This position involves combining multiple data sources to deliver insights that aid leadership decisions, as well as assisting the Marketing Team with data analysis, sales reporting, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed
• Perform data analysis and automation as required
• Maintain and update recipient's table for Burst Reporting
• Manage CRM maintenance and customer communications
• Oversee the Consumer Road Hazard Program
• Assist with customer VB programs and accruals
• Perform basic program calculations and tracking
• Issue customer credits
• Create sales presentations for meetings
• Present information in front of groups
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of consumer marketing and sales
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather and disseminate data quickly

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CRM TreadXpress
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI
• Knowledge of sales margin calculations
