This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, provided you are located in the UK or Poland. Our Pipeline Operations Management team is responsible for the pipeline strategy, targets, and performance across multiple campaign sources, ensuring future booking success. As a Senior Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Pipeline Operations and will be integral to supporting our global sales development team. In this role, you will engage in daily operational activities, including capacity management, quarterly target setting, performance monitoring, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Leadership to enhance reporting insights that drive increased productivity and effectiveness within the sales team. Additionally, you will partner with various groups, including marketing, partner, sales, and field operations, to generate pipeline programs and insights that contribute to our overall success. Your expertise in business development, sales operations, or marketing analytics within a SaaS environment will be essential as you navigate complex data and distill it into actionable insights. You will leverage your strong Excel skills to create compelling presentations and lead executives through data deep-dives, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective.
