About the position

At Atlassian, we are on a mission to reinvent B2B selling, and as a Sales Development Analyst in Pipeline Operations, you will play a crucial role in this journey. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, provided you are located in the UK or Poland. Our Pipeline Operations Management team is responsible for the pipeline strategy, targets, and performance across multiple campaign sources, ensuring future booking success. As a Senior Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Pipeline Operations and will be integral to supporting our global sales development team. In this role, you will engage in daily operational activities, including capacity management, quarterly target setting, performance monitoring, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Leadership to enhance reporting insights that drive increased productivity and effectiveness within the sales team. Additionally, you will partner with various groups, including marketing, partner, sales, and field operations, to generate pipeline programs and insights that contribute to our overall success. Your expertise in business development, sales operations, or marketing analytics within a SaaS environment will be essential as you navigate complex data and distill it into actionable insights. You will leverage your strong Excel skills to create compelling presentations and lead executives through data deep-dives, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective. Responsibilities

  • Support the global sales development team across daily operations activities including capacity management, quarterly target setting, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Leadership to continually improve reporting insights to guide increased sales team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, partner, sales, and field operations groups on pipeline generation programs and insights.

Requirements

  • +5 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics role within a SaaS company or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong Excel skills (can write complex functions) and ability to distill complex data into relevant insight.
  • Experience in creating compelling presentations and leading executives through data deep-dives.
  • Process improvement know-how with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce and Outreach expertise is a big asset.
