About the position

The Sales Development Representative Director will lead the SDR team in Mexico, focusing on the US market. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through effective management of the SDR team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while aligning with the company's broader objectives. The director will be responsible for strategic planning, team performance monitoring, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the SDR strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance.
  • Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit high-caliber SDRs and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the SDR team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Executive presence and ability to manage multiple leaders' expectations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
