About the position

At Udemy, we're on a mission to transform lives through learning. This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Denver office. The Sales Development Enablement Manager is a learning consulting role for a high-energy candidate with a track record for executing Sales Development performance programs. The successful candidate will have experience in working with senior executives and stakeholders across matrix organizations to consult, define, and execute on strategic learning programs. The candidate must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in consultation, analysis, and visualization with high-impact presentation skills. This role will liaise with global GTM Leaders to lead innovative programs with performance measurement for the Udemy Sales Development community. These programs will be leveraged in multiple platforms and for different audiences globally. In this role, you will design a global sales development learning plan for our regional customer-facing colleagues on key strategic initiatives, working in concert with Sales & CS business and operations leadership. The learning plan must drive increased field productivity, improve the ability to position Udemy's evolving portfolio and strategy, enhance field operating margins, increase pipeline capabilities, and improve the transition of opportunities to sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to the extended enablement team and Sales Development leadership to assess the field's skills to target performance improvements at the global, regional, and team levels, tying that to performance improvement plans. You will create a learning vision that delivers a strong performance-driven learning experience for our field, offering personalized learning in multiple modalities for ease of consumption and preferred learning styles. Additionally, you will develop and execute high-impact, targeted programs with strong Net Promoter Scores, learning assessments, and drive adoption of the programs. Understanding and utilizing a data-driven approach to Sales Development performance initiatives will be crucial, leveraging the extensive suite of enablement programs where appropriate. You will drive clear business impact from every program with strong analysis of Sales Development performance tied to learning program consumption, and ensure the Field Dashboard is up to date for tracking and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in sales development or sales enablement.
  • Deep knowledge of adult corporate learning theories.
  • Track record of driving innovative, creative concepts from strategy through to execution.
  • Understand sales performance metrics and best measurement approach.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience.
  • Experience partnering with C-level executives.
