The Sales Development Enablement Manager role is designed for a high-energy candidate with a proven track record in executing Sales Development performance programs. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders across matrix organizations to consult, define, and execute strategic learning programs. This role will involve liaising with global Go-To-Market (GTM) Leaders to lead innovative programs with performance measurement for the Udemy Sales Development community. These programs will be utilized across multiple platforms and for various audiences globally. The primary responsibility of this role is to design a global sales development learning plan for our regional customer-facing colleagues, focusing on key strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success (CS) business and operations leadership. The learning plan aims to drive increased field productivity, enhance the ability to position Udemy's evolving portfolio and strategy, improve field operating margins, increase pipeline capabilities, and facilitate the transition of opportunities to sales. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the extended enablement team and Sales Development leadership, assessing the field's skills to target performance improvements at global, regional, and team levels, linking these to performance improvement plans. Additionally, the candidate will create a learning vision that delivers a strong performance-driven learning experience for our field, offering personalized learning in multiple modalities for ease of consumption and preferred learning styles. They will develop and execute high-impact, targeted programs with strong Net Promoter Scores, learning assessments, and drive adoption of the programs. A data-driven approach to Sales Development performance initiatives will be essential, leveraging the extensive suite of enablement programs where appropriate. The candidate will also be responsible for driving clear business impact from every program, with strong analysis of Sales Development performance tied to learning program consumption, and ensuring the Field Dashboard is up to date for tracking and impact measurement.
