About the position

The Sales Development Leader (SDL) at Eliot Management Group (EMG) is responsible for managing local operations and executing the company's sales goals. This role involves overseeing the enrollment of new accounts, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring the overall success of the office. The SDL is a key figure in driving sales performance and fostering a positive office culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the local management representative for EMG and execute corporate mission and sales goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and completion of new account enrollments.
  • Assist sales representatives with phone prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Hire and train new sales representatives and other necessary personnel.
  • Coordinate recruitment advertisements and interview prospects for sales positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Some outside sales and product sales experience.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Bilingual.
