About the position

The Sales Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the hospitality industry. This position focuses on building and maintaining B2B relationships with customers such as country clubs, yacht clubs, and catering venues in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales development strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage business development in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs
  • Demonstrated track record of sales development
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Experience in outside sales is required

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in French is a plus, but not required
