Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales from both existing and new customers, focusing on Engines/Nacelles and Business/Regional Jets.
  • Transform customer needs into tailored recommendations for Hexcel products.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies leveraging multiple Hexcel product lines.
  • Use advanced forecasting tools to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare compelling proposals to strengthen competitive edge.
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize pursuit strategies and enhance customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in a technical field, ideally within the aerospace composite materials community.
  • Strong technical knowledge of composite materials and proven sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced forecasting tools.
