Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective members and identify their needs to convert them into qualified leads and sales.
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to understand customer inquiries while documenting information in the system.
  • Utilize product knowledge to assess the needs of prospects and explain differences between various products.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with members regarding questions or to review current products and services.
  • Assist prospects in completing enrollment applications over the phone with accurate information.
  • Meet established goals for performance, attendance, and consumer experience.
  • Maintain requirements for agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.

Requirements

  • Currently in the final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree or have obtained a degree within the last 24 months from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or health insurance.
