About the position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This position is designed for individuals with a proven track record and a strong desire for success in the sales industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building robust relationships with our customers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. You will adhere to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call initiated or received, and you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. In this role, you will also be tasked with recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It is essential to maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns and to track personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system. You will work closely with the Sales Development Manager to enhance the department's results and aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is a significant advantage for this position. The ideal candidate will possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, be results-driven and motivated for sales, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Effective time management skills are crucial to manage responsibilities and achieve goals. Prior experience with CRM systems and a strong computer proficiency are required, while previous sales experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
