As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and receive phone calls, adhering to the scripts and talking points provided for each type of call. You will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. This position demands a proactive approach to engaging with potential customers and effectively managing their information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In addition to making calls, you will maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers. Tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, will be essential for measuring your success in this role. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to enhance the department's results and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Furthermore, you will aid in managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets, ensuring a positive image in the digital space.
