About the position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This position is designed for individuals with a proven track record and a strong desire for success in the sales industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with our customers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. You will adhere to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call initiated or received, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to customer interactions. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns is essential, as you will be tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system. Collaboration with the Sales Development Manager will be key to increasing the results of the department, and you will also aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a significant advantage. This position is ideal for someone who is results-driven, motivated for sales, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Effective time management is crucial to meet the responsibilities and reach the set goals. Prior experience with CRM systems and a strong computer proficiency are required, while previous sales experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities
