About the position

The TEKsystems internship program is designed for undergraduate students, particularly rising seniors, who are interested in gaining real-world experience in outside sales. This ten-week paid internship offers a collaborative and diverse environment where interns can explore their passions, build leadership skills, and connect with industry professionals. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to business development efforts while receiving mentorship and guidance throughout the program.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the office with sales territory reviews
  • Engage in business development activities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Set up meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate sales program
  • Strong desire to work in outside sales
  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • Accountable and able to work independently as well as in a team

Benefits
