As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Speakeasy Marketing, you will be joining a dynamic team that specializes in legal marketing services. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with attorneys through cold calling and follow-up communications. With over a decade of experience in sales and development, our company is dedicated to providing you with the tools and support necessary to succeed in this role. You will be responsible for introducing our services to potential clients and encouraging them to connect with our sales closers. This is not a position where you will be asking for money; rather, you will be selling the idea of a conversation that could lead to valuable partnerships. In this role, you will receive leads and a structured script to guide your conversations. We believe in continuous improvement and offer ongoing training opportunities to help you refine your skills and enhance your performance. You will be part of a supportive team atmosphere where collaboration and motivation are key to achieving success. The hours for this position can fluctuate between 25 to 40 hours per week, primarily during US business hours from Monday to Friday. This flexibility allows you to manage your work-life balance while contributing to our team's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to attorneys to introduce our services.
  • Follow up with leads who have received our correspondence.
  • Encourage attorneys to schedule conversations with our sales closers.
  • Utilize provided leads and scripts effectively during calls.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Motivated and confident in engaging with potential clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in legal marketing or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VoIP softphone technology.
